Chris Palmer, author and end-of-life activist, believes there is an art to dying well that can be taught and learned. On Wednesday, November 13 at 7 pm, Palmer will present a program by Zoom explaining how a good death is achievable. He wrote his latest book, “Achieving a Good Death: A Practical Guide to the End of Life,” when he realized he was terrified of dying after close family members had died badly. He searched for
answers to questions like how to deal with dementia, when it is appropriate to hasten death, and how we can talk about death and dying more openly.
