Become a CLL Volunteer
As an all-volunteer organization, CLL needs a lot of person-power to keep our program operations in top shape. Whether you are skilled or just want to assist, we can always us a “helping hand” for activities on the CLL Volunteer Vacancy List (updated monthly). CLL membership is helpful but not required to become a volunteer.
Current openings include:
- Volunteer Coordinator: to serve as the initial contact for volunteers to discuss interests, skills, availability of time, potential duties and CLL support.
- Program Registration: to oversee the online registration process for lectures and multi-session classes.
- Classroom Operations: to handle on-site class registration and fee collection, ensure that all equipment is working, introduce the instructor, etc.
- Technology: to work with the CLL website, our email operation, and the use of computers and other technology during program operations.
- Membership: to manage CLL’s member database and email operations.
- Office Administration: to help with projects requiring data entry, filing, etc.
- Fundraising: to develop and manage resource development activities such as grants and sponsorships.
- Legal: to advise the CLL Board of Directors on State and Federal requirements and specific organizational issues.
- Accounting: to develop and oversee CLL’s financial systems and responsibilities.
